London MP Lucy Ivimy was forced to apologise for the following comment she made on India and Indians that throwing rubbish out of a window and total disregard for the cleanliness of a public area is normal behaviour. Intellectual Kshatriya writes on it;

Why so? We are experts at it !!
the slightest opportunity given we are ready to litter as we walk. be it throwing trash out of the window, cigarette buts, chocolate wrappers, empty coke bottles anything. We even spit on the roads or wherever we feel comfortable.

Its in our genes…I guess we need to be rubbed by the strict laws of places like Singapore against littering. Maybe we need to implement basic cleanliness in our country in between the nuclear issues so that we behave more decently when out of the country.
