On behalf of the Blogbharti team and readers, let me extend our warmest welcome to the three new contributors at Blogbharti. They are Brahma (a.k.a BVN) (blogs at Bvndiaries and Good Night n Good Luck), Rama (blogs at Cuckooscall) and Shruthi (blogs at Hallucinations). We are pretty excited to have them with us. Welcome guys/gals.

We are also introducing three new features to enhance the user experience at Blogbharti. Both of them are in beta now and it will be fine tuned and tweaked in the coming weeks. They are

• Blog Search: This is a Desi blog search engine using Google’s custom search engine. We have accumulated over 500 desi blogs right now and we will keep adding more and more blogs in the coming months. Searching for something in the Indian blogosphere just got easier with this search engine.
• Blogbharti Buzz: This is a digg like interface to vote on stories from Indian blogosphere. This feature is also in beta and it will be tweaked over a period of time to make it better. All the Blogbharti posts will be added to it every day. users can also add their own posts there by logging in. Visitors are encouraged to vote on the stories. This will serve as your destination to find the buzz in the desi blogosphere. Come on in and play with it.
• Blogbharti Widgets: You can now show the Blogbharti posts on your blog using Widgets. Please visit http://www.widgetbox.com/widget/blogbharti to get your widgets.
