Not a line, not one joke. What can you do when the maker’s aim is to make an awful film? It runs literally dead slow and has not as much as an iota to savor.
Thank god that someone is expressing an honest opinion.Paid critics like Tarun Adarsh are busy sucking up to the producers by praising this film.
akshay thinks whatever he acts by smiling public can praise , but one thing i say that indians will not accept vulgar type of comedy actually day by day he is thinking that he is a no 1 star and public can accept whatever he can act ,this is agood example for him back to back 3 flops ,kambakht ishq is a big torture ishq plz if u wnt to watch good movie go nd watch new york ,akshay kumaar a big over confidence star
I just saw this movie and came back feeling stupid.This is the worst movie of all times.The original Tamil movie was hilarious.This movie lacks a storyline with slapstick comedy and excessive show of skin by kareena.Dont watch this movie and save your time and money.
it is not that bad a movie either…it is far better than the likes of Welcome and No Entry…the first half is a treat…though the second half takes a dip but overall you still can’t label it as a bad one…all of us know that it lacks a bit on logic..but does that really matter when one is left in splits

It is the sleaziest comedy of the year. Kids should not watch it or some will start acting in the vulgar fashion portrayed in the movie. kareena seems more than ready to drop even the bare minimum to show her anorexic, painted and unattractive body. Gross what people can do for money!
I live in the US and never seen a doc/surgeon wear clothes like kareena’s. never! they are very plain when in hospitals. she dresses like a slut and runs amongst 50-60 men in the sheerest of tops, braless, with her boobs jiggling and noticable from a mile away

I do not doubt for a moment Akshay Kumar’s comic abilities. In fact most Indian actors are quite good. A British director comes to India for the first time, uses street kids and makes an oscar winning movie so my conclusion is that the problem lies with the directors and producers. In this case too, it seems the writers spent probably not more than a few hours putting junk together and thought a cameo by Hollywood stars would somehow make it work. This movie, like many especially by Akshay Kumar, is pure unadulterated piece of garbage …and I sincerely hope Sylvester Stallone didn’t watch this trash and form a negative opinion on the 5% good stuff that comes of Bollywood.

How can you have a huge budget, big movie stars, fantastic locales, and even some Hollywood actors thrown in and STILL come up with a movie that is tooooo embarassing, tooooo trashy, with toilet humour that even a 10 year old finds absurd!!! Cannot believe that these movie guys make such fools of the audience – and I cannot believe I spent my hard earned money on this non-sensical garbage. We need to start being honest and give a movie its value based on the story alone!…If it wasnt for the 2 month strike this movie would so have been another Tashan! … I am sick of Aaki undermining his audiences intellegence level. First CC2c, Singh is King, now this!…He doesnt even read scripts and signs films based solely on who is producing/directing etc!….He didnt even have a script in front of him wen he signed Singh is King. I knew this will be a worst movie by just watching the promos. Akshay tries hard to make you laugh but fails terribly and Kareena sucks. I think the producers should be sued to declare this movie as a hit and fooling people. Its time for Akshay to retire !!!

Kambhaqt Ishq is a movie which probably shouldnt have taken more than 2 days to complete. It has absolutely no story line, no comedy, and no entertainment, except unnecessary usage of vocabulary which people in the movie claim to be the part of modern era. I belong from this era and stay in New York, I have never seen usage of such language anywhere. According to kareena Kapoor, this movie is not meant for oscars. I would like to say forget oscars please make movies for ordians. This movie has such a pathetic comedy perhaps, no comedy at all. Kareena looks so dried up in the movie. In the very first scene her skin under eyes are so sunken and she looks so old that there seems to be absolutely no difference in Akshays and her age. she looks like an ant whose blood has been sucked out. Gorgeous is the last thing she is looking. She is loud when it comes to publicity and thinks that she is the so called no.1. perhaps needs to do some reality check and meanwhile she should take dance lessons from her own sister Karishma Kapoor. Earlier actresses would hardly spend hours on publicity as they were so dam good in acting, in dancing,in comedy. I still crave for actors like Madhuri Dixit, Juhi chawla and so on and the competition was so intense as everyone on block used to be extremely talented. Kareena looks a lady who is only there to stand on dice and be loud. Akshay Kumar has done this movie just like his other movies where he really dosent know what the script is all about.

After reading all this coments from critics and some viewers(I will say Srk lovers and aksay haters group)i went to watch movie today as my opinion ki is a good movie people who call it vulgur and cheap comedy those are the same people who made no entry , race, kamasutra hit.
As i think this movie is amazing…everything is there in this movie..Krina is hot and beautiful.Akshay acted really good…i had fun by watching this movie..and i liked th love story what happens in this movie..it is almost true…and action is good..our jhon rambo is tr in this movie..what else people wana see in a movie..its full full on fun…i ll give it 5 stars…cheerssssss
This movie is not that bad. Reading critics I thought this is not going to be watchable but the movie is good. It is a commercial movie and it deserves and delivers upto that mark. People who dont like or else not able to digest the stardom and evolving of AKSHAY KUMAR to the top day by day are crying like this. Initial days of AKSHAY as an actor which started with lot of flops had not stopped him then how can these critics do that.

we are from modern era and have absolutely no issues as far as advancement in standard is concerned. Kamasutra- movie had a script and the name itself suggests it. Race-it had some suspense involved but Kambhaqt Ishq, perhaps only frustated people can praise it.
There is not even comedy in it and Kareena is looking awfully desperate to prove something that even in such good dresses she looks horrible. There is absolutely no body language. Anyway, we will see how the movie sustains after inevitable weekend opening as I know indian ordians have high taste for quality and no matter how much publicity paid media guys would do to promote the film. It will definitely not get any business after a weeks time.

Well i just watched the movie.and my take on Kambakht Ishq is that it is a time pass movie.i mean you don’t need to carry your brains with you and can leave it home when go to watch KI
there is nothing new about the story.it seems most of the scenes are just thrown here and there without any reason.
Kareena looked old and frail.i have no nicities to say about Akshay.you just catch the movie in between it would be hard for you to gauge if its tashan or KI..
Kareenas clothes were good.But guys tell me who wears Dark mascara all day.She looks as if she walked right out of a disco even when she was doing hospital scenes.

I m not from an Anti -Akshay group. But im the biggest fan of all those heroes who beats SRK, Salman and Bachchan family. There are stars like Amir Khan, Ajay Devgan, who right now not as popular as Akki, but no doubt they are known by Masses as well as by Classes. Ajay and Amir are the heroes of critics as well as of people. No doubt Akshay is a gr8 hero but at the same time we should not forget that he is not an actor. There is a lot difference in being a Heor and Being an actor.
I would like to give Akki an advice to do films keeping in mind quality not quantity.
And I bet though Akki is ruling bollywood now but his last films like Chandni Chowk to China, Tasweer and now KI has proved his downfall.
Same kind of acting can not make u survive in this industry.
I wish that God give Akki a little common sense about choosing the script like Ajay and Amir.

I am 100% agree with your views that Akki’s time is up now. But at the same time i would like to show you my disagreement that SRK is not the real actor. I would say SRK is a geat HERO but not an ACOTR. Coz there is lot of difference in being a HERO and being an ACTOR. SRK doesn’t know acting and still he has not proved that he is an actor. He can’t portray all kinds of charachers. See, Amir Khan and Ajay Devgan. They are real actors. Tell them to play an kind of role, they will get into the Skin of that characetrs. They will play any roly whether a major or minor nad not ask to change the script for their benefits. SRK has denied to do so many films just coz he was not a major part of that. He just wants to do those charachters which are larger than life. So its fact that Amir and Ajay are the best ones.

Such strong passion to express hatred for a movie. Chill out dudes and dudettes. It’s only a movie. Everyone has his/her own personal taste and has differing opinion of what constitutes a comedy. Maybe you guys have never watched Hong Kong comedy films. A lot of them are very crass and vulgar, lemme tell ya. You should try watching movies from other countries more often, not just Hollywood and Bollywood ones. It opens up your mind more and then maybe you can view movies more objectively, and not like some 5 year olds who didn’t get the candy he was promised.

This is such a crude and horrible remake of a good and really funny tamil movie… Akshay kumar plays Kamal hassan’s roll and he sucks at it he has not even performed .1% of what kamal hassan has performed… and the stupid kareena cant act for nuts and is horrible on screen with her dumb attitude.. she should be called dumbo instead of bebo or whatever that is.. over all the 4 screenplay writers had a loose motion while writing this and they wrote the same screenplay as the tamil one the only difference was in the hurry and anger they mutilated it with vulgar shit.. bollywood has taken people for granted and makes stupid movies like this where in akshay kumar plays a stunt man for a hollywood star who is taller and stronger than this chimp.. why cant bollywood directors try something simple and subtle like taare zameen par has bollywood run out of good directors..

In the name of modernity India is using all the foul languages which good people in the West even don’t use….and Akshay Kumar is vetaran in using such words… Hey Baby is one such example. if you go to Akshay’s movie without a review reading and especially with your kids…you don’t know what to do. That guy is known for all the wrong things…His cat walk and letting his wife opening the zip of his pants in full view of public…I don’t know why we Indians have started admiring nudity & vulgarity more & more…
