Scribbler is compiling a list of excuses for cricket teams losing the World Cup. Go over and give your suggestions.

Australia: We were an injured side. That’s probably the most honest and real excuse any team could come up with. We also did not have anyone sent back to spur us on! And Nathan Bracken’s hair kept coming in the way of the fielders!

Bangladesh: We are an inexperienced side and we will need another few decades to come to terms with international cricket. Honest again!

Bermuda: The ground is round, you see. There are also four teams in the group. We are better suited for triangular stadiums and tournaments.

Canada: We just make it to the tournament because the numbers have to be made up.

England: Botham retired in 1992, guys. Who’ll win the cup for us?
