The scenes are taken half from the malayalam aversion and half from tamil version and the scenes are rearranged but the continuity of film remains. Its more similar to Malayalam version as Akshay appears just b4 interval.The moment Akshay comes and ignites the screen,there is laughter till the end. Hats off to Priyadarshan for such a hilarious movie from start to stop. If its Rajini Kanth show in Chandramukhi ,here its Akshay all the way.

The first half is a light comic thriller and completely revolves around the supporting characters. The lead character (Akshay Kumar) enters 45 mins into the movie and takes it to a completely different level.
Superb film ,the acting of akshay and Vidya balan are good .But I felt the original Malayalam version of the film little more interesting ,as the overall acting of all the characters in Malyalam version is better ,also Shobhana got national award for her performance in the movie.
