Video CVs could be the next big thing in recruitment, Polite Indian writes

Recently I have been doing a lot of hiring for companies and I can clearly see that video resume can benefit employers. A three minute video can clearly say a few things about the person’s communication skills, presentation skills etc and would save time on the first round of interviews.
