The piece in the magazine is obviously wrong. She should apologise (in person and not just in print) and that should be it! I don't think she's right in anyway whatsoever. But her case should not be taken as a case to show the world how criminals are arrested. Around 35% of our politicians have cases pending against them (including murder et al). I guess our governments should look at them first than making a scapegoat out of Rashmi. Bloggers need to see sense rather than taking stands supporting her. She's wrong. Period!
