A common practice

Saint, reacting to the news of the involvement of a serving army officer in theĀ  Malegaon blasts case, asks can you imagine a fence eating a crop? He says it’s a very common practice in India:

Can Imagine Police outrightly denying entry to dalits into police station to file a complaint, it is a common occurrence in India, it happens daily.

Can you imagine, a mob attack and hurt dalits, the police will not file an FIR. It is most widely practiced by the police all over India, they will not take a compliant and will not let Dalits file an FIR report?
