What Bush said is what I read on MSN article some months back. They are just saying that average Indian & Chinese now increased their food intake which is actually praising the Indian & Chinese govt. efforts to eradicate poverty in their countries. Earlier we used to read the stories that half the indian population sleeping with half filled stomach. Now we know India China are prospering & poverty reducing. So we are doing better. Earlier we are keeping our people hungry & exporting the food. Due to that food prices increased in world. This is earlier signal to Indian Govt. which failed so far to improve agricultural production like other areas to improve on agriculture or we will have trouble ahead. Today average Indian crop yield per acre is half the Chinas average. We have lot of margin for improvement. Instead of wastiung time on Bush comments which are always ignorable please Indian Govt. concentrate on increasing crop yeild. I listen the Bush speech live on television.
