For those who have seen poverty and the way caste discrimination in inherent in it, would think that something must be done on the state's part for these people. Im sure everyone has expressed our concern for the plight of the slum dwellers or the people who come daily to wash our toilets or clean the railway tracks and stations in bombay every morning. The mercedes example is mere fiction as the exclusion of the creamy layer would prevent that situation from happening.
