		<description>I agree with Vatsan&#039;s comment. Out biggest challenge is not that we don’t come up with good schemes such as the NREGS (National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme) but that out delivery system is badly broken. The same thing happens all the time, every time. 

Methinks our system is in shambles because we are ok with it. It is acceptable to us. At any rate, many of us just don’t care about the country. It is just not our job ... especially because it is much easier to blame some one else (politicians) for our responsibility.</description>
