Sana wishes she knew more Hindi.

When I was younger I used to speak fluently. I’m pretty sure Hindi was my first language. But then my brother started school and I’m pretty sure he started to speak English at home. Which caused a chain reaction. I started speaking English at home and my little sister probably learned English first. Soon Hindi was spoken only with my grandparents. My parents speak to me in Hindi and I respond in English.
