Those who should be doing something about it are busy having the time of there life, thanks to the democracy that they have made a mockery of and converted into a 'mockocracy'. Is a revolution to follow? I don't know but the signs are not very encouraging, notwithstanding the fact that I am personally celebrating the 18k sensex!
