Thousands of Obamas

Vinod Sharma questions Rahul Gandhi’s intelligence :

So, when Rahul Gandhi says arrogantly that he will ‘create’ thousands of Obamas in the Congress party, one has to question even his intelligence, forget ability to lead. Obamas cannot be not mass produced like Maruti cars on assembly lines. Nor can they be produced like ‘gajar mooly’ (carrots and radishes) in India’s farms. In fact, for even one real Obama to emerge in the Congress, Rahul Gandhi and other politicians “born into privilege” will have to either step aside or be swept aside, like it has happened in the US.

In the last 3000 years of Indian history, we have seen only one King Ashoka, Only one Buddha and Only one Dr.B.R.Ambedkar, and we hardly ever had any real Prime Ministers or Chief Ministers of a caliber of Mr.Kamarajar (a congress party leader).

We did not even able to produce some caricatures of these great men of India within our country so far. Now some rogue and ignorant idiot called Raghul has the audacity to make a pompous statement about making Obama’s like a pipeline assembly work of a machinist, is it?. That too in the Indian political garbage factory by some rogue unknown kid from a silver spoon family?. What a mockery?.

I do not know what the hell is this thinks of himself, he is after all a little ignorant street kid in my view and impression,

let me tell you boy: The accomplishment of Obama in US is just unparalleled in the US history of leaders. Neither white, nor Black could ever produce a leader, scholar and great intellectual political CEO of America ever…..ever?. Let alone in any other third world or underdeveloped nation. And, I am afraid if there is any nation in the world can even imitate his success because it is unique, powerful and humane, just incredible is Obama’s life and journey in American Politics.

And, you have the timid attitude to talk such crap like making thousands of Obama.

Even the most intellectual and powerful white Americans are crouching inside their closet in fear of the sear power and knowledge and the greater abilities of Barack Obama to lead America.

Let me give you little advice to you dear boy Ragul, you better take your words on making 1000 Obama’s back, it simply sounds to me ridiculous.

If you want to be a politician and if you are smart enough you will derive inspiring lessons and greater skills from such rare leaders like Obama. And, you just failed in the nursery lessons of politics that you can’t even observe the world and perceive what is going on, how can you ever do things of that caliber?.

    Your’s is simply a mockery.

Let me also warn you about me, do not you think me as an American. First I am Indian and I have far more respect, love and adoration to my Indian nation than you or any of your cronies, but also let me tell you that I am an Indian American who knows, experiences and enjoy the power of freedom, humanity, human rights and equality in America that has been sabotaged in India by cronies and casteists for centuries, I do not see anything in you that is strikingly, even distantly relates you to intellectual capacity or good leadership, but I do see you much closer to an average casteistic Indians, who is just very good in making pompous statments.

Saint, you seem to be really upset with Rahul and Indian politicians. Well, considering that almost on a daily basis a new low is touched by some of them simply to ensure their own political survival, your being touchy is understandable.

Unlike you, however, I am confident that India can and will produce an Obama.

i agree with this post completely – rahul ganhi had no business making that statement. i am surprised that his wily mother and all the shrewd congress sharks allowed him to go ahead with that comment.Or maybe rahul baba is trying to show that he can think (duh!!) independently and he can write his own speeches (remember that kalawati disaster) and make his own summaries.

I think he is going horribly wrong somewhere – i just pics of him working like a laborer – what was he trying to prove? That by going and digging the ground for some moments he is one of India’s poor? Huh!!

You were born with a glden spoon, ur grandma made big bucks ur mommy controls india’s govt and prime minister like they were some puppets and ur trying to prove how like the poor u are??

I appreciate your decent way of saying it as well as for grasping it in a right way my message was intended.

I also like the way you are saying the same thing in a more practical format, because your words reflects HOPE and CHANGE. but that is not what the congress kid was saying or indicating, it was an upsurd statement. Mine is not anger but a careful thought to correct someone’s callous remarks, mine is not pompous statement but it is rather a realistic statement based on watching the unfolding powerful and potentiality of a great young man from a ordinary black family from the most racist and Oppressed past, that is an earth shattering upcoming and upbringing.

I never anywhere in my comment that it is impossible or another country can’t do it but I emphasized how hard and rare it is to happen,

furthermore, I challenged the callousness and audacity of saying such things by people like this guy. I am sure I see hope in your voice and thoughts, and I do share it, I only wish the younger generation of India comes forward to create an environment for such great hopes, may be…..may be someday we will discover amongst our younger generation someone who can be….one like Obama or even better.

Though I am not a politician or from a political family, I do follow up on what is going on in the political arena. In India especially, it bothers me how Indian politicians figuratively and literally butchered our nation, but yet, all the good Indians go with their life not doing their part. If good citizens of India do not care to correct the current trajectory of our nations path?, how can you and I expect great tings to happen in India. Well the good Indians had not done enough about public squandering and politicians goondaism in the past and that is why India has so many ongoing issues that are disturbing and painful to watch. Anyways, change is in the invitation……………

Saint, I am a great admirer of Obama and have written a number of posts on him in my blog http://vinodksharma.blogspot.com Rahul Gandhi is not alone. There are others too who seem to have been affected by Obama mania but have not even attempted to understand it.

In India, there are at least two controversial politicians who have risen like Obama but are not intellectually and, at least in one case, integrity wise in his league. Mayawati and Modi are nearest to him. Others, in my view are little more than pompous pretenders.

You are not alone in believing that our politicians have not covered themselves with any glory. Yet, we must continue to lead our lives and hope that India will produce an authentic Indian Obama.
