How does Delhi treat Biharis?

With ’soft aggression’ says Mayank Austen Soofi:

The popular perception of Bihar is hardly flattering. “They have nothing in Bihar,” says actor Mr Roshan Seth. “They come to other places for work where they are exploited by others.”

According to a 2007 report by the Center for Advanced Study of India, Bihar has the lowest human development index ranking among Indian states. “Biharis deserve a better life in their own state so that they don’t have to migrate to other states,” says model Ms Lakshmi Rana.

The annual devastating floods are the reason farmers of bihar have become labourers in other states, lets not forget that many government officers and other respectable people as well in our society belong to bihar.

That’s a ‘Laloo’ trick, Indresh. Blame nature for all that’s wrong and take credit for all that’s right. Bihar has been laid waste by the likes of Laloo and other corrupt politicians and government officers.

Unless Biharis recognise this fact, nothing will change. Read my detailed post if you wish to. http://vinodksharma.blogspot.com/2008/11/its-time-biharis-derailed-laloo-for.html
