Survival

togetherwebond posts a story of an abusive marriage.

I reached USA and was taken to our apartment. The first few months passed by peacefully and we very much enjoying our honeymooning phase. Shall I call this the silence before the storm? Then came the expectations. He wanted $25000 from my parents that too to be transferred to his account immediately. Initially I did not comprehend why?

Another case for the DV bill.

What you mean by “the real story” is “my fictional version of what happened”, isn’t it?
You know the fact that you would link to your post as “the real story” when it is just your fantasy story makes you look like a stupid jerk more than anything else.

    Read her story.
What i wrote is a parody, fictional, but it was close enough to a case of domestic violence by a woman. She ended up being convicted for it.
I’ve lived abroad and now travel on projects. The Indian market? U don’t sell bangles in the Indian market. At the most, you have pawn shops and you won’t get enough cash to pay for the ticket. She was never in the US.
Think. Ask her to shoot you a picture of the torn ear.
If the guy harassed her why file cases against the parents ?
She says there was no phone and no internet. And then when he “attacks” her, the phone materializes out of thin air.
The ear lobes can bleed quite a bit. How did she get that taken care of? The abusive hubby won’t bandage her.
Again, think. Don’t get emotional about it. If this makes me a jerk, I am fine with it.
I read the story and felt sorry for her until i noticed the discrepancies. I don’t harbor any anger towards her. Just disgust
I see this as an insult to the real victims of dowry harassment and domestic abuse.

The moment i asked her to post a picture of her ear, they all panicked and yanked my comment out and left some nasty comments.
Just a pic of the ear. Nothing else. A horrific yank like that would leave its mark on the lobe.
I also commend you for leaving my comment on.
    Regards.

You can’t sell your jewelry in the states? You mean to say that there are no shops that will buy your gold? :O
The reason why I left your comment is because your lies are so transparent.
