Asian Age today Feb 22 2007 quotes Bal Thackeray having said : “he would have felt proud if there was any Hindu behind the blasts…we have men but not the bombs”.

And remember his party emerged the largest party in recent polls to BMC.

Is this what we deserve? If not, why we get this and what can we do to prevent this from happening?

This is lucky February and Phagun- month of Holi.

If this were to happen on Pakistani soil, killing perhaps only Indian (Hindu/Sikh?) passengers, our bellicose middle class and their e-media would have concocted all kinds of theories.

And some of them surely would have asked the government to invade Pakistan!

I couldn’t agree more with Phaniprasad and Gowrishankar. The rhetoric, the apathy and muddled investigation that follows is so irritating. Add to that the international media gives it very little coverage. CNN and BBC in the states covered it under “In other headlines” category.

I agree. These anon commenters don’t have any balls to say their name and it just shows their cheap attitude. Unfortunately, this dumbass anon commenter couldn’t even realize that many people who died in that blast are Muslims from Pakistan. We have such shameful characters in India and we have no right to criticize fundamentalists from other countries.
