It is as much an experiment and an opportunity to observe the dynamics of the blogosphere at work, as it is an effort at remedial intervention. (Incidentally, it was after I tried this meme that I realized how few are the good blogs I know that weren’t already popular when I came across them.)
The basic idea is that each blogger participating in the meme links to other good blog(s) that s/he thinks isn’t already getting the attention it deserves.
