There would have been a quick termination of the pregnancy and she would have moved on. The grief may surface, the grieving limited as she would never have had the baby, looked into his eyes, smelt him, felt him and physically bonded with him. Her life as a financial consultant could have continued. After some time, she may have healed enough to have conceived again- and a more acceptable physical form may have issued.
