		<description>The educational institutions run by Christain missionaries are doing little more than getting "back to Jesus", as Father Emmanuelpput it, as they have largely failed to achieve the original objective for which they were set up. Even if they are fully funded by public money, the constitution permits such institutions to be run by the minorites the way the want to. 

But will the increased quotas really help or will the lead to more rigid religious insulation?</description>
